The Alumni and Housing Coalition for Kettering University’s Delta Tau Delta Fraternity challenged FUNchitecture with the goal of creating the BEST fraternity house on Kettering’s campus. The house needed to be remodeled and transformed to reflect current fraternity life. The masonry of the house had begun failing, the paint was peeling and the interior and exterior spaces were outdated, dark, and the landscape overgrown – it was clearly time for Delta Tau Delta’s house to have some FUN again!
